Personal Art Commission ：Sketch(commission closed)

All of my commission final outcomes would be sketch or outline, which is black and white/monotone only. full color rendering is not in my service list.

​

Let me know if you need some recommended artist to color your commission ,i can introduce other colorist artist for my client
(color render commission will be charged by that artist. i do not take any responsible once i finish my part)

Sketch type

If you need character designs,fanart or compositions ,etc something ideas/inspirations to start with,from 0 to 1,then this is the service for you . i will help you to visualize according to your briefings/descriptions.

commission minimum rates estimations:

The Base rates minimum start from 500usd ,

rates will be different according to the requirement and briefings.

multiple characters or background will be charge differently

Notes

Clients must let the artist know what is the usage of the commission(commercial or non-commercial)before taking the commissions.

Non- commercial :Artist has the right to post it in public,as self portfolio/content usages.


Commercial : Client will have all the rights and usage for keeping the whole project in private 

 and confidential way.(example:for exclusive merch print like shirt,cup,playmats etc.)

Personal commission Procedure:(sketch and outline)

​

1.message me via facebook and let me know what you need ,it would be great if you prepared briefings and references

2.dicussions ,i need to make sure i am fully understand your requirement before i accept the commissions

3.i will quote you a commissions rates according from your briefings ,choose commission type(sketch or outlines, commercial or non-commercial)

4.send payment via paypal and inform me after payment is made 

5.commission slot confirmed ,you will get an estimated commission finish time.

6.commission weekly working in progress updates(for outlines take longer work time)

7.when finish ,i will message you and ask for your email to send you the hi-res version files

Personal Commission term of service:

1.Correspondence

 

The client is responsible for providing as much detail as they can about the illustration (the “commission”) to avoid miscommunication. Any missing details or vague wording is subject to interpretation by the Artist.

 

Both the Artist and Client are responsible for replying to correspondence in a timely manner. The Artist reserves the right to delay work on a commission until a reply is received.

 

Clients must let the artist know what is the usage of the commission(commercial or non-commercial)before taking the commissions.


-Please take note the rates above are just for non commercial usage estimation reference only.


-Each commission  includes 1 time edit/adjustment,second edit/amend may have additional charge.the estimate date of completion will also be delayed because of the amend/adjustment.

2.Payment


-Payment has to be 100% upfront ,artists will start working on the project on a specific day once payment is confirmed.separated payment method is only available if the total is more than 1000usd.
 

-Payment will not be refunded once payment is made,unless the artist canceled/cannot deliver    the specified content/product.

 

-client has to agree with all of the tos above before commissioning and making payment. 

 

3.Cancellation and Refund Policy

 

The Artist reserves the right to cancel a commission at any time. Cancellations and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Unfair cancellations will not result in a refund to the Client. Cancellations are unfair if:

The Client cancels an in-progress commission without a valid justification.

Fair cancellations will issue a full refund to the Client. Cancellations are fair if:

The Artist cancels the commission without a valid justification.

Upon delivery of a completed commission, clients have no right to request a refund or file a chargeback against the Artist under any circumstances.


4.Completion of Commission

 When a commission is completed, the Client will receive an illustration digitally in the form of a .jpeg and psd file.

After the Client receives the completed commission, the Artist is no longer obligated to make any changes to the illustration.
